How Your Donation Helps:

 

$25 - study supplies for 1 Poverty Scholar or PI bible study participant

$50 - supports 1 complete Train-the Trainer kit of educational tools for a course held at Union, a local organization or congregation 

$75 - provides 3 copies of Pedagogy of the Poor to Poverty Scholars

$100 - covers 2 days of supplies and activities for childcare for children and youth Poverty Scholars

$250 - helps with travel for Fellows to participate in on the ground activities of Poverty Scholars organizations for a semester

$500 - covers food, lodging, and supplies for one Poverty Scholar's participation in an intensive organizer exchange

$1,000 - covers travel for a Poverty Initiative delegation to spend 4 days with a congregation seeking to learn how to engage in the movement to end poverty

$2,000 - covers food, lodging, and supplies for 4 Poverty Scholars and Fellows participation in an intensive or

$5,000 - covers the cost of one-year of training for a low-income leader in our Poverty Scholars Program

$50,000 - Sponsors a week-long Leadership School for 100 religious and community leaders
